Once installed, users can use the Ulgebra icon available in all locations within their CRM/Desk to sign in and access the features of all the authorized extensions.
One of the main features of Ulgebra - AppCursor is its messaging services. Users can initiate conversations with any contact through any of the authorized applications by clicking on the Ulgebra floating icon on the contact page. Additionally, users can send bulk messages to multiple contacts and set up automated messages based on their requirements. The plugin also provides pre-defined message templates for quick and easy messaging.
Another useful feature is the real-time desktop notifications, which allow users to receive desktop notifications for incoming messages. Users can also manage app users, sync incoming messages, and integrate their calendar with CRM/Desk. The calendar integration feature enables users to schedule appointments, manage bookings, and generate booking links to be shared with contacts.
